These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of briqdrip.com and any services offered by BriqDrip ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms.
BriqDrip is a marketplace platform that connects wall owners and businesses with mural artists in Los Angeles. We facilitate introductions and project coordination but are not a party to agreements between wall owners and artists unless expressly stated.
You must be at least 18 years old to use BriqDrip. By submitting information through our site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of any business you represent.
By submitting a wall listing, you represent that you are the property owner or have authority to authorize mural installation on the property. You agree to provide accurate information about the wall, dimensions, and project timeline. BriqDrip does not guarantee that a match will be made or that a project will be completed.
By submitting an artist application, you represent that the portfolio and information you provide is accurate and belongs to you. You agree that BriqDrip may share your application information with wall owners for the purpose of facilitating mural projects.
BriqDrip is currently in pre-launch. Submitting a wall listing or artist application does not guarantee a match, a project, or any specific timeline. We will contact you when the platform launches or when a relevant match is identified.
All content on briqdrip.com including the BriqDrip name, logo, and design is owned by BriqDrip and may not be used without written permission. Artists retain copyright to their original mural artwork unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
BriqDrip is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website, reliance on information provided, or any projects facilitated through the platform. In no event shall BriqDrip's liability exceed the amount you paid to BriqDrip in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BriqDrip shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
